Minutes of Previous Meeting: With correction of math error in financial report, minutes of the previous August meeting of the Board of Directors were approved.
Discussion of Meal Costs and Room Charges: After discussing several alternatives, the Board agreed to leave the Meal Costs to members and guest ($6.50 for members; $7 for guests) the same for the next administrative year. To assist with costs of meals not eaten at most meetings, the Board approved raising the quarterly room fee by $3. Therefore, new quarterly room fee beginning on October 1, 2016 will be $19.
Website: Don Erickson will communicate with son Tory about a new vender for our Website. Ning plans to raise the annual fee from $240 to $600. Therefore, a motion was approved to cancel the subscription to Ning.
Foundation Motion: An initial motion was approved to donate from our Club’s Foundation $250/student (probably a Key Club member) to attend Key Leader this fall.
Stipend for faculty advisors to Key Club and Builders Club: After discussion, the stipend for the each advisor will remain $500 for the next administrative year. Also, the opportunity will be presented to each advisor to join our Club with our Club paying annual dues.
